Is PlaySync really free for players?
Yes! Players can browse, register, and participate in tournaments completely free. The only cost is the entry fee set by the tournament organizer (if any).
How do organizers get paid?
We use Stripe Connect. When players pay entry fees, the money goes directly to your Stripe account after our 3% fee. You'll see payouts in your Stripe dashboard.
What if I only run free events?
Free events have no fees at all! You can run unlimited free tournaments and round robins. We only charge the 3% on paid registrations.
Can I try before committing?
